At SaaSlyte, we place great importance on the protection of your personal data and respect your privacy. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit our website www.saaslyte.com (the 'Website').
We want you to feel safe with every input. That's why we follow three clear principles:
Technical processors (e.g. hosting, email, CRM systems) are contractually bound to these principles.
We may collect and process the following types of personal data:
Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number and other contact details.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages and referring URLs.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our website.
We use the collected personal data for the following purposes:
Provision and Improvement of Our Services: We process your data to ensure the operation and maintenance of our website, guarantee its functionality and improve the user experience.
Communication: We may use your contact details to respond to inquiries or send you updates about our services.
Marketing: If you have consented, we will send you newsletters, promotional materials or other information that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your data in the following cases:
Processors: We use carefully selected service providers who support us in operating the website and delivering our services (see sections 10 and 11). Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all of them.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, safety or property of SaaSlyte GmbH, its users or others.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures (Art. 32 GDPR) to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, loss or destruction. Transmission is TLS-encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Application documents are deleted no later than six months after the respective process ends, unless you have expressly consented to longer storage (e.g. talent pool).
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request a copy of the personal data we have stored about you.
Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Under certain conditions you can request that we restrict the processing of your data.
Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases.
Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR): If we process your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@saaslyte.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); ours is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; the related data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning website).
All non-essential cookies and comparable technologies (in particular analytics and marketing technologies) are only stored or read after your prior consent. The legal basis is § 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie notice on our website or by emailing info@saaslyte.com. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.
Our website is operated and maintained by LaRubbe GmbH as our processor. The servers are located in data centres within the European Union (Germany). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with LaRubbe. When the website is accessed, server log files (IP address, date and time, file requested, browser type, referrer) are processed – legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation).
For database, authentication, file storage and server functions we use our provider's cloud infrastructure with servers located in the EU (Europe region). A DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place here as well.
